Experience and Specialty

Broker - Lead Homeowner Specialist

I am proud to be able to head up our energetic and enthusiastic team of realtors and professionals.

It has been a life long goal to put together a dream team of agents and office personnel, who could not only competently assist our Home Sellers and Home Buyers every step of the way in their transaction, but to do this in a way that is a win -win and an enjoyable process along the way!

Joe and I are excited about the new techniques and technology we are able to employ while still providing a "high touch" experience for our clients.

We are honored to have excelled in the Real Estate field for over 20 years - but we won't stop there!  We continue to strive for the best service and cutting edge technology to help our clients and customers  have the "Best Experience Ever" when buying or selling their home! And then to send their friends/relatives/neighbors and children out way to assist them as well.

Your referrals are our highest compliment!

Testimonials

Karen and her team were extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of the local market and about the advice of what we should and shouldn't do to sell the house, which needed TLC. We took her advice on how to clean up and stage the house, and her pictures of the house made it look warm and inviting. She guided us through the entire process to list the house, negotiate among multiple buyers (nice bidding war) and sell the house, which all went smoothly and successfully. We are extremely happy with all that she did for us. Mrs. J. McInerney

From start to finish, Karen was nothing but helpful. I had never dealt with a realtor before, but knew from hearsay that dealings with them are not always positive. Karen was not only friendly, but competent and business-like, so I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy property in her area Jim C.

To be honest we were a little wary about using a realtor at first. We spoke to a couple but were not overly impressed. However, once we spoke with Karen Donovan, our opinion changed immediately and we decided to list the house with Donovan Homesales before she even walked out the door.

-

In spite of a tough market, there was a steady stream of potential buyers coming to look at the house, and all things considered it sold relatively quickly and at a good price in today’s market.

Karen Donovan and her staff were a pleasure to work with and their experience and advice made a potentially difficult process, full of pitfalls for a novice, very manageable. I would have no reservations in recommending Karen Donovan to anyone selling, or even considering the purchase of, a home. Mr, P. Badu
